French Connection: Bringing Digital In-Store with Mercaux

French Connection has partnered with Mercaux to digitalise every store across their UK estate as part of their 'Digital Connect' project. Digital connect was launched with the following objectives:

  • Empower sales people with product knowledge & styling tools to provide premium customer service
  • Increase store sales via uplift in basket size and conversion
  • Bring omnichannel capabilities in-store, placing online orders directly from the shop floor
  • Streamline & simplify communications between HQ and stores

We visited French Connection's state-of-the-art Duke Street concept store and studio, where we interviewed Ben Slater, a Store Manager at French Connection.
