Introducing Mercauxs Digital Fitting Rooms

 

Accessible by self-service touch screens, the Digital Fitting Rooms enable customers to self-serve across the entire path-to-purchase, allowing customers to browse the full product catalogue, scan barcodes to access availability of different sizes and styling content, before then requesting items to be brought to the fitting room to try on. The customer can then build baskets and complete the transaction. The use of this technology has resulted in bigger basket sizes and improvements to conversion.
