Mercaux
French Connection has partnered with Mercaux to digitalise every store across their UK estate as part of their 'Digital Connect' project. Digital connect was launched with the following objectives:
- Empower sales people with product knowledge & styling tools to provide premium customer service
- Increase store sales via uplift in basket size and conversion
- Bring omnichannel capabilities in-store, placing online orders directly from the shop floor
- Streamline & simplify communications between HQ and stores
