The partnership between the composable 'Points of Service' platform Mercaux and iconic British retailer Jigsaw has been shortlisted for Brick and Mortar Innovation at this year's Retail Technology Innovation Hub Innovation Awards. Celebrating technology providers enabling physical spaces to thrive, the award seeks to highlight best-in-class examples of reducing friction in the customer journey, offering improved experiences, and blurring the lines between online and offline channels.
