Not only were they taken on an exceptional customer experience journey themselves, witnessing exactly how a customer would benefit from unified commerce in-store, but they also had the valuable opportunity to speak to the Store Managers and Store Associates who are reaping the benefits themselves to understand how these technologies are driving sales, loyalty, profitability, and staff productivity.
After a lively discussion over lunch, the tour was led to their first stop on the tour, and an opportunity for the tour to experience XY Retail in one of their newest customers (announced in January), Armani. Here, Kalum Metcalf shared the innovations being deployed in the last step in a customer's path-to-purchase with OMS and POS:
Following Armani, The tour was introduced to the TENDAM Group, and two of their leading brands that are located next door to each other at Plaça de Catalunya - Springfield and Cortefiel. TENDAM has been a Mercaux customer for more than five years, and so they had a lot to share on the success they have experienced over this time.
The tour was treated to a demonstration by Mercaux's own Celia Martin for one of their most popular solutions - Assisted Selling:
